Hautapu Sports Club Rugby continues to be a dominant force in Waikato Rugby. The 2025 season has been a standout year across all levels for Hautapu Sports Club. Our Premier A side has led the charge with an unbeaten run through the Waikato Premier A competition, showcasing dominant form and clinical attack to sit top of the table mid-season. The Premier B (Development) team has continued to provide depth and talent, putting in strong performances and maintaining competitive consistency.
Our Colts (U-21) squad started the year with several big wins and remain in contention despite a narow mid-season loss, highlighting the strength of junior development. Meanwhile, the Women's team has found great form in recent weeks with impressive back-to-back victories, showing grit, growth, and team spirit as they climb the Premiership ranks.
With all four teams performing strongly and club spirit high, 2025 is shaping up to be one of Hautapu's most exciting seasons yet.
Rugby is a big part of our sports club and we love to see new faces joining our teams. The Memorial Park fields are of an incredibly high standard and are a special feature for our teams to train and play their games on. If you join our club, you'll have the opportunity to experience it for yourselves.
